Avntgard Concept Studios collaborated with the general contractor Luxury Lamera Manufacturing srl and Studio Jacques Garcia Paris to design the interiors of the Annex Beach Cannes beach club and restaurant.

The project is a true triumph of luxury and Italian craftsmanship: You are immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by, amidst mirrored ceilings, Roman mosaics, arches with friezes and decorations, musical fountains, and Murano mercury mirrors.

Avntgard's contribution to this project included the engineering of the elements, the planning and management of the work, quality management and control, and construction site management until completion.

After its inauguration in July 2020, Annex Beach immediately established itself as a benchmark in the world of luxury and a true jewel of Italian craftsmanship.
