Giami — The Boutique Booth - MILANO 2024

Context & Challenge
The industrial HVAC sector is traditionally defined by sterile, purely technical exhibition standards. The challenge was to radically subvert this rigid B2B convention across a multi-year, multi-fair cycle spanning Europe’s leading exhibitions (ISH Frankfurt 2023/2025 and MCE Milan 2024/2026). AVNTGARD engineered an iterative, scalable architectural framework that elevates raw mechanical components into sophisticated design statements, shifting the paradigm from industrial engineering to luxury fashion retail.

Spatial & Technical Execution
High-Fashion Retail Curation: The product display entirely rejects industrial warehouse tropes, borrowing the visual vocabulary of luxury boutiques. Technical HVAC components are granted a new formal dignity, staged as precious design objects resting on premium, high-gloss black lacquered surfaces.
Spatial Continuity Matrix: Strategic integration linear light strips and architectural mirrors. This optical framework dissolves the physical boundaries of the booth, creating striking infinity effects and spatial continuity that allow visitors a seamless, 360-degree technical inspection of the products.
Iterative & Evolutionary Layout: Engineered as a fluid, modular system optimized for operational longevity. The architecture was systematically re-adapted over some major international events, proving its capacity to alter its layout to fit different fair footprints while preserving its premium, immersive brand DNA.

Result
A permanent disruption of HVAC exhibition standards and a example in long-term asset optimization. By converting a technical B2B space into a refined retail journey, the project drastically increased client dwell time and established a highly recognizable, multi-year visual equity for Giami across the European market.
