ELEMENTS LIGHTING — Wireless Home Automation & Showroom Engineering - paris 2023 

Context & Challenge
The French brand Elements Lighting provided the core aesthetic design for their 50-square-meter exhibition space at the Maison & Objet (M&O) fair. AVNTGARD was appointed as the executive partner responsible for the engineering, production, and physical setup. The primary technical challenge centered on the development and execution of an incredibly complex, high-density electrical grid governed entirely by integrated smart home automation.

Spatial & Technical Execution
Multi-Circuit Smart Infrastructure: AVNTGARD custom-engineered an intricate electrical network consisting of 30 independent power lines. This dense grid was seamlessly integrated inside the structural cavities of the carpentry, completely hidden from public view.
Wireless Switch Topology: To demonstrate cutting-edge residential technology, traditional physical wiring to the control points was eliminated. The entire 30-circuit grid was mapped to a network of wireless-connected switches, allowing instantaneous, interference-free on/off control of floor, wall, and ceiling fixtures.
10-Zone Showroom Segmentation: The 50-square-meter layout was engineered into 10 distinct architectural micro-environments. Each room operated as an isolated lighting pocket, calibrated to show off entirely different illumination styles, moods, and architectural concepts without light bleeding between zones.
Executive Fabrication & Assembly: Beyond the electrical engineering, AVNTGARD handled the high-precision manufacture and flawless on-site installation of the partition walls and premium finishes, providing a gallery-grade, pristine backdrop required for high-end lighting retail.

Result
A flawless convergence of executive construction and advanced digital infrastructure. By transforming the client’s design into a fully functional, wireless-controlled smart showroom, AVNTGARD enabled Elements Lighting to deliver an interactive B2B experience where technology and physical design functioned as a single, unified product.
