ESO — Fabric Engineering & Media Integration - rimini 2024
The Intervention:
Engineering and manufacturing another iteration of the client-provided concept for the ESO space at Ecomondo. Moving away from raw carpentry, AVNTGARD served as the technical execution partner to transition the space into a fully textile-wrapped architectural envelope, structurally integrating a large-scale digital media asset.
Technical & Production Execution:
Textile Envelope Engineering: Developed an internal sub-frame designed to tightly tension massive printed fabric banners, concealing the core carpentry and wrapping the entire space in a seamless, non-reflective graphic skin.
LED Wall Structural Integration: Calculated and reinforced the load-bearing framework to securely flush-mount a large-scale, heavy LED wall, seamlessly embedding dynamic digital content directly into the textile perimeter.
Millimetric Component Alignment: Managed tight production tolerances to ensure flawless alignment and zero visual gaps between the physical fabric graphics and the edge of the digital media display.
