The Intervention:
Standardizing and manufacturing a series of small-scale, highly repetitive booths based directly on client-provided sketches. AVNTGARD served as the technical execution and production partner, engineering a modular structural system designed to seamlessly interface with client-supplied graphics and finishing materials.
Technical & Production Execution:
Recessed Platform Framing: Engineered custom recessed platforms precisely calibrated to house and flush-mount the client's proprietary flooring panels perfectly flush with the outer edge profiles.
Graphic-Skin Substructures: Fabricated clean, modular carpentry skeletons optimized for immediate, seamless tensioning and wrapping with the client's custom graphic prints.
Repeatable Logistics: Streamlined the manufacturing pipeline to ensure uniform quality, strict cost optimization, and hyper-fast on-site assembly across all small-scale footprint variations.
