VTN — Modular Lifecycle & Graphic Evolution - rimini 2025
The Intervention:
Re-assembling and updating the massive exhibition pavilion for VTN at Ecomondo for. This intervention served as the ultimate proof of concept for the proprietary 5-meter modular system engineered by AVNTGARD, demonstrating its structural versatility and high-yield ROI by deploying the exact same architectural skeleton refreshed with a completely updated graphic narrative.
Technical & Spatial Execution:
Asset Lifecycle Activation: Successfully remounted the custom lightweight iron-and-mesh framework. The engineering strategy paid off seamlessly, allowing for rapid on-site assembly and flawless structural adaptation to the venue for a second year.
Targeted Graphic Overhaul: Executed a comprehensive graphic update across the entire stand layout. New large-format visual communication was integrated into the modular grid, shifting the brand's marketing focus to align with their latest product lines and current-year campaign without changing the structural base.
High-End Component Re-deployment: Re-installed the premium stone-look laminate flooring, heavy-machinery frontal display area, and the comprehensive back-of-house logistics hub including the integrated warehouse and custom private kitchen.
Sustainable Structural Efficiency: By reusing the lightweight structural assets and only updating the graphic skins, the project minimized material waste and optimized logistics, proving that heavy-industry presence can be both highly sustainable and cost-effective.
Result
A masterclass in sustainable exhibition architecture and long-term asset management. By combining the structural continuity of the modular 5-meter framework with a fresh, high-impact graphic refresh, AVNTGARD provided VTN with a powerful, top-tier corporate presence that maximized visual impact while drastically reducing the lifecycle costs of a macro-scale trade fair build.
